How it works

Mailing gold to someone you have never met takes trust. So we removed the part where you have to take our word for anything.

Six steps, and you can stop at any one

Nothing is final until you see your lot weighed and graded and say yes.

A mail-in gold shipping kit laid out: box, tamper-evident bag, specimen vial, instructions and tape
What a kit contains: a prepaid insured box, a tamper-evident bag, a vial for fine material and tape. You supply nothing but the gold.
  1. 1

    Your package arrives

Tracked and insured from your door. We confirm delivery the same day it lands.

  2. 2

    Opened on camera

Recording starts before the seal is cut and runs unbroken from there. Nothing happens off screen.

  3. 3

    Cleaned and weighed

Black sand and moisture come out first, so the scale reads gold and nothing else. The display is readable on video.

  4. 4

    Photographed and tested

Clear photos of your actual gold, then purity testing, so your payout reflects what is really there.

  5. 5

    Sorted by size

Screened into dust, flakes, pickers and nuggets. Bigger pieces earn more, and you see the split.

  6. 6

    Your offer

A written breakdown with every number in it. Accept and get paid, or decline and we ship it back free.

What the video actually covers

Natural gold flakes and pickers on the pan of a precision digital scale, with tweezers and a specimen vial alongside
Gold is cleaned and dried before it is weighed, so the scale reads metal and nothing else.

Recording begins before the seal is cut — that matters, because a video starting after the package is open proves nothing. It runs unbroken through:

You receive that file regardless of whether you accept the offer. If you decline, it is also your record of what left our hands.

Questions

How long does the whole process take?

Most lots are opened and assessed the day they arrive, with a written offer following shortly after. Shipping time depends on where you are. Payment follows your acceptance — exact timing is confirmed with the offer, because state rules on payment methods and holding periods vary.

What if I change my mind after shipping?

Decline the offer and your gold ships back, insured, at our cost, exactly as you sent it. Nothing is melted, mixed or altered before you accept.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No, in either direction. The kit is prepaid and insured on the way in, and the return is free if you decline.

What is the video for?

So you never have to take our word for the weight. Recording starts before the seal is cut and runs unbroken through cleaning, drying and weighing, with the scale readable. You get the file whether or not you sell to us.

No account, no phone call. If the numbers look right, we send the kit.
